Founder law firm invited Mr. Sun Qingping from Shanghai School of political science and law to give a lecture on "precautions in judicial practice of new civil procedure law"

On February 21, our firm held an academic lecture on the new civil procedure law implemented on January 1, 2013. Founder law firm invited Professor Sun Qingping from Shanghai University of political science and law to give a lecture on the points of attention in the judicial practice of the new civil procedure law. Professor Sun has been engaged in the teaching and research of procedural law and related disciplines for many years. He has published nearly ten papers in core journals such as Henan Social Sciences, northern symposium, frontier, contemporary law, etc. He is a rare scholar type legal educator in the research of procedural law.

Director Wang Shudong and other 20 lawyers and paralegals of our firm, in addition, this lecture also attracted the active participation of many lawyers from other firms such as Guangzheng University and Guangmao University.

Focusing on the new provisions of the new civil procedure law, this symposium made in-depth discussions on the principles of good faith, the supervision power of the procuratorate, jurisdiction, prosecution, evidence, first instance, second instance, retrial system, foreign-related civil litigation system, etc. Through the study of this symposium, our lawyers have a closer understanding of the theoretical knowledge of the new civil procedure law and a deeper understanding of the practical operation of the new civil procedure law. The original one and a half hour lecture lasted for more than two hours. It should be said that the effect is very good. Lawyers are looking forward to attending the lecture again to improve their professional level. Founder said that it would continue to hold such lectures in the future and welcomed more lawyers to participate!
