From November 21st to 23rd, 2025, Guochuang Law Firm organized its headquarters and Suzhou branch colleagues to conduct a three-day autumn team building and business exchange activity on Manshan Island in Suzhou. The purpose of this event is to promote professional communication and team integration between the main and branch offices, and enhance the overall cohesion of the firm.


On the morning of November 21st, Lawyer Chen Min, the director of the headquarters, led the headquarters team to Shanghai Guochuang (Suzhou) Law Firm. Colleagues from the Suzhou branch held a warm welcome ceremony for the headquarters colleagues. At the subsequent exchange meeting, Lawyer Zhao Liran, the director of the Suzhou branch, systematically introduced the current development status and future plans of the branch. She stated that the branch has established a traditional business system centered on civil and commercial litigation, automobile consumer rights protection, and legal advisory services for automobile companies. With the support of the headquarters, the branch plans to actively expand its foreign-related legal services and non litigation business areas such as investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring, in order to achieve diversified development of its business structure.


Lawyer Chen Min, Director of the General Office, systematically reviewed the development history of Guochuang Law Firm in his speech. She started with the founding team and provided a detailed introduction to the evolution of the firm from a single business area to a comprehensive service system covering civil and commercial litigation, corporate compliance, cross-border investment, and more. When introducing the development of the law firm in 2025, Director Chen Min emphasized that when the law firm develops rapidly, the most important thing is the stability of the core team. We cannot give up eating for fear of choking. If the core is unstable, it will be unable to support the sustainable development of the law firm in the future. Director Chen Min said that 2025 is a crucial year for the development of Guochuang Law Firm. The establishment of the Suzhou branch has not only transformed Guochuang Law Firm from a regional law firm to a provincial law firm, but also elevated its brand awareness in the Yangtze River Delta region. Meanwhile, the establishment of the Tashkent office in Uzbekistan in October marks a brave step forward for Guochuang in its international layout. Director Chen Min mentioned that what is even more important than 2025 is 2026. In 2026, the Shanghai headquarters of the law firm will also move to a new location. It is particularly important to ensure stable development within the current cross provincial and cross-border framework and in the new office space. In the current economic environment, Guochuang Institute is expanding against the trend. We cannot be greedy for big things and seek speed. We need to work steadily and ensure that every branch achieves both business and reputation.


It is worth mentioning that Director Chen Min also gave a professional sharing on risk prevention in the process of lawyer practice based on recent practical cases. After the welcome ceremony, Director Zhao Liran specially presided over a fun self introduction segment called "Three Tags to Know Me". This session not only allowed colleagues from the main and branch offices to quickly establish a preliminary impression, but also enhanced mutual understanding in a relaxed atmosphere, laying a good foundation for further in-depth communication.


After the business exchange, all personnel went to Manshan Island in Suzhou to carry out team building activities. On the way to the island, the colleagues took a boat to enjoy the scenery of the Taihu Lake Lake, and after arriving, they watched the sunset along the lake together. That evening, everyone had dinner together at a restaurant on the island, tasting local specialty farm dishes and interacting in a relaxed atmosphere. During the free activities after the meal, several colleagues showcased their singing talents and displayed a personal style that was different from their daily professional state, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere on site.



The next day's activities were diverse and rich in content. In the morning, colleagues participated in the handmade glass lamp making activity, and through careful design, completed a series of uniquely beautiful works. In the afternoon frisbee and intellectual game competition, the team members demonstrated excellent teamwork and athletic abilities. Some lawyers, with their outstanding transfer skills, tactical awareness, and thinking ability, won the recognition of the team, reflecting the vitality and literacy of the lawyer community outside of their professional fields. In the evening, a bonfire is lit on the lawn, and everyone sits around to barbecue and reminisce about their friendship. In the subsequent "Werewolf Kill" game, everyone demonstrated clear logical thinking and language expression abilities, naturally integrating the meticulous analytical skills cultivated in their profession into the game process, further enhancing mutual understanding and tacit understanding.
