On January 26, 2018, with the arrival of the first snow, Shanghai Founder law affairs held its annual meeting.
At 9:30 a.m., the meeting officially began, and was co chaired by Lawyer Chen Yiwen and lawyer Gu Xixi. As usual, first, the new members introduced themselves, then the trainee lawyers, lawyers and partners made annual summary in turn, and director Wang Shudong made the final summary, reviewing the development process of Founder in 2017.
This year's annual meeting is different from the usual one. In addition to the year-end summary meeting held in accordance with the Convention, we also organized a special event, the extreme jump group construction. The purpose of this activity is to let everyone release pressure, challenge themselves and gain courage in a happy and relaxed atmosphere.
After lunch, we drove from the law firm to the jump Kangqiao Pavilion in Pudong. After the coach's brief introduction and explanation, we are divided into three groups: blue, white and yellow. Let's take a look at each group first:
The match officially began after the team was divided. We first came to the road of the brave. The blue team took the lead and took the lead. The white team and the yellow team went up one after another. From the very beginning, the first level will slide down, until later, with the help of previous experience and mutual encouragement, almost all levels have passed smoothly. The first game ignited everyone's enthusiasm for participation.
The devil's slide and climbing are games that test the courage of participants. Among them, the devil's slide requires participants to slide down the slide which is almost vertical to the ground, while the high-rise game has three levels of jumping platform, the highest 11 meters, the challenger can climb the second level of jumping platform through the first level of jumping platform, and so on. In the game, what we admire most is the older lawyers. Their courage to challenge themselves is worth learning from the younger generation of lawyers.
Founder is a big family with love. In the game, everyone is united, encouraged and helped each other. This activity, not only let us release the pressure in our work, but also let us gain courage and enhance the friendship between colleagues.
