On the morning of 8th August.2013, Founder PRC Lawyers invited Ms Chen You Yue, the manager of Shanghai office of ILS Fiduciaries, which is our global partner, to explain the knowledge of overseas trust and offshore company. Ms Chen once studied in the UK and gained a master's degree in law. As a learning meeting in August , more than 20 lawyers were attracted to this meeting and all seats were occupied.
This lecture were merely about:
1. the concept、character and tax advantages of the offshore company.
2. the concept、character and differences between the domestic trust and overseas trust.
One of the article in the last Shanghai Lawyer was about lawyers’ high-end business, which mentioned the trust of personal property. Actually, foreign trust industry is fully developed while it’s still at the beginning in domestic market which made this business very promising. Our lawyers were very interested in the lecture and asked Ms Chen actively.
