After seeing Uruguayan building a modern, efficient, clean, green and friendly city, relentless pursuing to achieve economic and human development, we had a new understanding of Uruguay. At the time of dinner together, in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere, chairman Wang and Consul General of Uruguay had deep discussions in a friendly manner on the cooperation in the future. Although there were cultural differences between the two countries, and not the same of legal system, for Uruguay's legal system is based on the Spanish Civil Code, we believe that our cooperation in legal aspect will bridge over difficulties smoothly, and face challenges together.
