The Professional Level Assessment of Lawyers in Shanghai is carried out in accordance with the Notice on Expanding the Pilot Program of the Professional Level Assessment System and Mechanism for Lawyers and the Rules of the Shanghai Bar Association for Assessment of Professional Level of Lawyers (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Justice to implement the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Lawyer System issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, with a view to strengthening the development of lawyers and establishing a scientific and efficient Professional Level Assessment System and Mechanism for Lawyers. The assessment will be promoted by the Shanghai Bar Association in collaboration with judicial administrative organs, people's courts, people's procuratorates, public security organs and state security organs, and its official nature and authority can be seen clearly.
Lawyer Min Chen, with his systematic mastery of basic legal theories, professional knowledge and relevant professional knowledge, has won the professional level assessment of foreign-related lawyers for his rich practice experience in foreign-related fields.
