The Spring Festival in 2020 will be the most gloomy Spring Festival, with COVID-19 wreaking havoc on the land of China. In this battlefield without smoke and artillery fire, our Founder person are also taking action.

After the outbreak of the epidemic, the director of our law firm, Chen Min, actively contacted the staff of the Putuo District Bureau of Justice to discuss the donation, and on January 30, the Party Branch of Shanghai Founder Law Firm called for donations from the staff, and after the approval of the partners' meeting, all the budget for the Law Firm's 12th Anniversary Celebration and Relocation Ceremony scheduled for March 3, 2020 was cancelled and used for the donation of materials and the prevention and control of epidemic by the law firm's staff. The firm's director, Chen Min, has been actively involved in the purchase of 4600 masks in Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates with the help of local lawyers.

At the same time, the director of our firm, lawyer Chen Min, actively through multiple channels, with the help of local lawyers in Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates, purchased 4,600 various types of masks to help Hubei region solve the urgent needs. Due to the logistical problems faced by overseas purchases and the small volume of purchases, the masks could not be shipped back to China through the green channel of overseas donations, and could only be shipped back to China through logistics LCL or human backs.

When our Uzbek partner, Mr. Sherzod Abdulkasimov, learned of our willingness to donate, he immediately organized other staff of the law firm to help search for masks, and they were all gone in a day or two. And Mr. Yusif Alsahlawi from the UAE said, "Whatever masks he could find went to help us procure them back." Neither of them has so far refused to accept money for the procurement of the masks.

In addition, the director of our firm, lawyer Chen Min, procured 20 buckets of disinfectant solution totaling 800 jin and 5 boxes of alcohol totaling 50,000 ml after a lot of trouble. Among them, 700 catties of disinfectant solution was donated to Wuhan Red Cross, and other materials were donated to Wuhan Parkway International Group's Maternal and Child Health Hospital and some other law firms, and some of them were reserved as emergency disinfection materials for Putuo District Young Lawyers Highway Volunteers.

Because the disinfectant is too heavy, it is particularly laborious to carry. If there is no truck, only private cars can make multiple round trips, and if there is no flatbed truck, only manual transportation.

As the domestic epidemic is slowing down, the foreign epidemic is getting more and more serious. In the most serious outbreak of the epidemic in Italy, our firm actively raised masks, protective clothing, gloves and other supplies donated to Italian medical institutions suppliers, but also to help our Indian clients actively looking for domestic mask suppliers.

At present, the epidemic is not over yet, and our donations are still going on. We continue to pay attention to the epidemic situation overseas and help our clients in Italy, India and the United States to collect masks, protective clothing, gloves and other protective materials.

No one is an island. In this global fight against theCOVID-19 epidemic, we are doing our bit to help.
