Shanghai High Court: Notice on using "national enterprise credit information publicity system" to determine enterprise registration information

The company registration system of the State Administration of industry and Commerce of the people's Republic of China was officially opened on January 3, 2014// gsxt.saic.gov . CN) "to open the free inquiry service of enterprise information in various places to the public. In order to make full use of the publicity system and facilitate the trial procedure of the case, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 The industrial and commercial registration information obtained by the parties through the "national enterprise credit information publicity system" can be provided to the court as the basis for proving the qualification of the enterprise litigation subject.
2、 If the other party objects to the above-mentioned information, or the court has doubts after examination, the party concerned shall be organized to verify it through online inquiry during the trial. If it is confirmed to be correct after verification, it shall be accepted.
3、 If, due to the limitation of conditions, it is impossible to conduct online inquiry and verification on the spot, the party providing the information may be required to submit the enterprise's industrial and commercial registration information obtained through inquiry with the administrative department for Industry and commerce.
4、 If the other party fails to appear in court to participate in the lawsuit, the enterprise's industrial and commercial registration information verified through online inquiry during the trial may be accepted.
