The research topic of "enhancing risk prevention and purifying development environment" was officially launched on April 17, 2018. Since 2015, there have been a large number of P2P investment and financing companies in Putuo District, and a large number of related cases have broken out, such as Jingyi, Zhongjin and other major cases, which have frequently occurred, resulting in a large number of damaged investment groups, most of which are the elderly, some even invested their life savings. In order to reduce the occurrence of such problems, on the one hand, we should put an end to the establishment of high-risk enterprises, on the other hand, we should encourage the development of high-quality enterprises, so as to meet the financial needs of investors. How to create a good financial development environment is the focus of this research.
