In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the central and municipal Party committees on encouraging, supporting and guiding the development of non-public economy. On the afternoon of April 27, the Putuo District Federation of industry and commerce, together with the district court, the district procuratorate and the District Bureau of human resources and social security, held a meeting in Putuo District to promote the work of "civil and commercial consultation" to safeguard the development of non-public economy. Wang Shudong, director of Founder law firm, was invited to attend. The meeting is composed of more than 80 members including leaders of the District Federation of industry and commerce, district court and other organs, presidents and secretaries general of various grass-roots chambers of Commerce, and principals of counterpart law firms of the chamber of Commerce.
The main spirit of the conference is how to guarantee the development of non-public economy. In this spirit, the working mechanism of "civil and commercial consultation" should be established.
The District Federation of industry and Commerce led the establishment of three volunteer teams to ensure the "civil and commercial coordination" of non-public economic development. They are the emotional mediation group composed of the president of the grassroots chamber of Commerce, the professional service group composed of relevant law firms and the risk prevention and control group composed of the legal affairs and human resources managers of private enterprises.
