2007/7-2009/7 Maersk logestics (China) Co., Ltd Logistics Supervisor
1. Handle all FOB shipments from Shanghai to east Europe. Monitor and process every step of export including confirming pre-alert, booking space, arranging trucking and warehouse, preparing customs broke material, making bill of lading and sending loading result.
2. Handle several key accounts such as FOXCONNE, OTTO, SKILL, KENVELO and TATUNG. Communicate with oversea offices and local manufacturers on China trade requirements and work together to set up / update SOP.
3. Follow daily & monthly finance reports showing statistics of income and cost. Input database and push the payment.
4. Search global LCL&FCL ocean rate according to client needs. Insure sales team can get competitive selling rate and update the latest marketing information. Negotiate with suppliers to get best buying rate, filing rate and confirm the space before loading.
5. Maintain close relationship with suppliers and other internal departments in daily work. Support sales team with CIF containers selling. Advise risks and costs in operation. Support USA team to insure enough spaces form outside carriers.
6. In charge of training new comers, help them integrate into Maersk enterprise culture and learn how to use Maersk internal system.
