Sandy had worked, as a legal counsel, in one of the top three retailers in the world for over 5 years. She had successfully helped the multinational company expand business in over 10 provinces in China through setting up FICEs, branches & logistic companies. Meantime she had been in charge of managing licenses for over 60 hypermarkets, inc. new stores and existing stores. She had also participated M&A and company restructuring, familiar with relevant procedures and laws / regulations.
As a professional lawyer, she provides various legal services to both domestic and foreign-invested enterprises, such as company establishment, contract drafting / review, litigation, trademark registration, legal dispute treatment, etc. She also helped some famous company and the relevant subsidiaries to incorporate enterprise group.
